I've been having a pity party of sorts lately.
I'm not interested in working out, though I continue to pretend I am. (I try to run, but lately I have ended up with a lot of 3 milers since that's all I can talk myself into.)
School work is blah.
My house is a mess & I am in last place in my very own "Biggest Loser" contest I started with some other nursing students. I started the challenge & I am losing. That's bad, right?
I'm not sure what my problem is, but I wish I would snap out of it.

i think its facebook. you've found a new love. :-) or it could be scrabble.
maybe you need a goal? a running partner? or a virtual partner you can train with who you can call and who will help you get hiney out the door
ok, i'll volunteer! what do you need??
Time to mix things up perhaps? I love a new plan.
I also read the running in the dark post... have you ever ran with a headlamp before? It is really great if you can find some safe stretts to be on. VERY PEACEFUL!!
I'm with Gotta Run on mixing things up. A new route or something completely different could shake you out of your funk. Sometimes I run hill repeats when I'm in a funk because I feel so strong when I'm done with them.
Brooke - how about a bike? I'll just tell ya, if I just ran all the time, I'd be the same way. But being able to switch it up with biking and swimming keeps the fire burning a little. Hang in there!
You're on facebook? Me too! :)
You're on facebook?! How cool. I am on there with Teacherwoman.
